Neal has over 25 years of individual, business and non-profit experience, including 14 years as a CFO. Neal believes in a comprehensive approach to tax and financial planning, and planning business processes and procedures to maximize the wealth of both the business and its ownership. Neal provides high quality tax services to both individuals and businesses.

Neal has provided financial statement reviews along with corporate and non-profit audits. He has been involved as both the auditor and auditee. He has first-hand experience in working with the IRS on extensive IRS tax audits and negotiations which resulted in favorable client outcomes. He has worked with international clients in IRS tax resolution issues.

Neal graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and obtained an MBA, both from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has both extensive experience created by working with large regional and International firms and operational experience from the private sector.

Neal and his wife Lynn make their home in Ashburn, VA.
