Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
Overview:
The marketing specialist will be responsible for executing marketing plans they create with or created by the head of marketing. They’ll be working on creating blog content for weekly posts on both brand websites, updating and posting to Google My Business, sending the monthly newsletters, updating PPC campaigns and sharing to social media. Other duties may include developing ebooks, creating infographics, ordering trinkets for the sales team, and creating marketing collateral for the sales team.
Required skills:
- Must be able to read and write American English fluently
- WordPress
- Basic-mid level Google Ads
- Content writing including blog posts, how-to guides, FAQs and info-pieces
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions without supervision
- Microsoft software suite
- Content planning and topic research
Desired skills but not necessary:
- Experience with Constant Contact, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok ads
- Google Analytics
- GA4
- Google Keyword Planner
- HTML/CSS

- Real estate industry knowledge including investing, agent work, title insurance, legal, escrow and closings
