Mo Choumil founded ATG Title in 2008 after witnessing too many closings fall apart due to poor communication and last-minute title problems. His solution was operational: a dedicated coordinator per file, real-time visibility for all parties, and a workflow that surfaces complications before they delay closing.
Under Mo's leadership, ATG became the first title company in the Washington DC metro area to operate fully digital and has grown to 9 offices across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Chief Financial Officer
Ross English leads ATG Title's financial strategy and operations, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and the escrow management infrastructure that supports hundreds of residential and commercial closings annually across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
His financial oversight supports ATG's commercial desk — which handles transactions from $1M to $50M+ — and the company's wire fraud prevention protocols that have maintained a perfect track record protecting client funds.
Kiel Rado
Chief Growth Officer
Kiel Rado leads ATG Title's growth strategy, client partnerships, and market expansion across the DMV region. He works closely with real estate agents, lenders, and institutional clients to build the relationships that keep ATG at the center of the DC metro real estate transaction.
Kiel's focus is on deepening ATG's partnerships with top-producing agents and lending institutions, while expanding the company's commercial transaction volume and thought leadership presence in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets.
